Artist's Comments
A little Victorian hat I put together. Never did one of these before, but I thought I'd rather make one for my Victorian Halloween costume than spend a ton of money on one someone else made.
The frame of this is made from posterboard and masking tape, covered in felt applied with PVA archival glue, and is adorned with feathers, velvet ribbon, little fake flowers, and a cameo with a brass frame. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.  |
